We’ve made it to Minneapolis! So far in our Top Places Per City blog series, we’ve covered the Music City of Nashville and the Space City of Houston, now we’ve compiled some of the best places to watch sports in Minneapolis! From hosting the biggest game in football this year to being categorized as the ‘global city’ for its successes in becoming an integral link to the global economy, Minneapolis is a destination for the books and we are excited to share how Point of Sale technology is advancing the city.

U.S. Bank Stadium

You may be familiar with U.S. Bank Stadium because of the Big Game that took the city of Minneapolis by storm in February of this year. Whether fans were rooting for the Eagles or the Patriots, they could all agree on one thing: fast and simple ordering and payment experiences. U.S. Bank Stadium was completed in 2016 and has had more than 400 events annually, attracting more than 1.3 million visitors each year since its inception!
To date, we’ve installed more than 650 Point of Sale devices at U.S. Bank Stadium, home to the Minnesota Vikings. Not only did we provide this staple of Minneapolis with success on the biggest day in football, but we continue to provide the stadium with state of the art payment technology, no matter the event.
