Learfield’s SIDEARM Sports is partnering up with our Point of Sale solutions to provide digital ordering and seamless payment experiences to college fans. With over 1,100 college campuses nationwide, SIDEARM Sports is the nation’s leading provider of collegiate athletic web and mobile solutions. Combined with our cutting edge Point of Sale technology, fans can expect fast transactions to keep them in their seats for game day.

Improving The Fan Experience

Our Mobile Ordering platform directly integrates with the SIDEARM Sports Mobile Application through its API, or Application Programming Interface. This allows fans to choose their seats, view menu items for purchase, and checkout right from their smartphone. Upon ordering, our POS platform will send the orders to the Kitchen Display System for delivery or pickup, and fans will receive order updates via text message.

SIDEARM’s current college deployments will easily be able to enable mobile ordering for each athletic department right from their existing SIDEARM application. A mutual client for both companies, University of North Carolina, will be the first client to deploy the joint solution.

With this partnership, their clients will now have the opportunity to discover additional revenue as our mobile orders deliver a 20% larger average order size than traditional concession sales.
