Client Relationship Manager

We’re looking for an awesome Point of Sale product guru to join our dynamic team in increasing our sales efforts. This is a unique position that is targeted toward 100% customer satisfaction through an outreach program encompassing our entire customer base.

  • Managing the health and status of our customer relationships. If there is a perceived problem, lead a cross functional effort to rectify it and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating follow through of reactive problem resolution by interfacing with customers and various operational groups within Appetize.
  • Communicating proactively with customers on a regular and frequent basis regarding current services, related issues and trends, as well as potentially valuable options for adding additional solutions or services.
  • Schedule meetings and software demonstrations with prospects
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features
  • Answer questions about product and provide guidance as needed
  • Educate existing clients about the benefits of our solutions and explore other needs they may have
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure that customers are handed off smoothly
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain daily activity and prospect information in SalesForce, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information
  • Handle inside sales responsibilities that include service agreement renewals, system enhancements and supplemental sales opportunities.
  • Bachelor Degree with concentration on Business, Communications, or similar fields of study
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Point of Sale industry
  • Experience as a strategic account manage
  • Advanced technical skills and software experience
  • Experience with Sales Force or a CRM system is preferred
  • Is adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills
  • Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment and able to work independently and as part of a team
